Canada’s travel agency is offering discounts to Canadian residents who travel overseas.
The discount applies to both commercial and leisure flights and to the purchase of a Canadian passport.
The travel agency’s website says the discounts apply to the current month.
The website says that the discount applies for “any domestic travel, including the Canadian equivalent of international flights.”
Canadian Airways said in a statement that the company is offering up to 50 per cent off the cost of domestic travel.
A spokeswoman for the airline said it was not able to comment on the discount.
Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade said that it is offering travel discounts for citizens of six countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East, and to those who visit a Canadian province, territory or territory, such as Ontario.
