Travel agencies have had their own problems in recent years, with a number of cases involving alleged abuse.
The latest controversy came in March when a Saudi-based agency accused one of its directors of sexual harassment.
The case prompted a response from Jackie’s Travel Agency, which said in a statement that it would “not tolerate any behaviour that causes or contributes to a negative atmosphere”.
Jackie’s says it has “zero tolerance” for abusive behaviour.
Jackies Travel Agency said in its statement that “we take sexual harassment seriously and we work hard to build a culture where we all feel safe and supported to do our jobs”.
However, the agency has since issued a statement saying that it had taken steps to stop abuse.
