The government of Cuba is planning to build a tourism hub in London, according to a news release.
The news was issued by the tourism agency Cubacay.
The project is the result of a two-year study to develop an integrated tourism plan for the island nation of 20 million people.
The project, dubbed “Boracay Travel”, is to be funded by the Ministry of Tourism and International Cooperation.
The announcement comes just days after Cubacash announced plans to open an office in London.
