Broken into two groups, the companies will offer flights and accommodations in New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Denver, Austin, and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Brookelyn Travel, a subsidiary of Brooks Travel Group, has been expanding its business into the U, Canadian, and European markets, said Michael McPherson, president and CEO of Brookswood.

Brookeswood Travel also owns the travel services, transportation, lodging, and dining facilities for the London, New York and Paris airports.

The company was founded in 2000 by former CEO Michael W. Brooks.
