A former “Teen Mom” star has spoken out about the pressure she faced as she transitioned from a ‘gossip girl’ to a reality star.

Ginger Pierce, who starred as “Teen Moms” star Bobby Travel Agent, spoke out about her struggles as she continued to grow as a star, saying that she felt like she had to constantly prove herself to everyone in the industry.

“I think I’ve learned a lot of things and I think I’m better now, I think,” Pierce told “Good Morning America.”

“I think now I’m a better actress and a better person.”

Pierce also addressed how being a ‘real’ teen mom has changed her, saying she now sees herself as a person who “knows her shit,” rather than a celebrity who “just thinks she’s a kid.”

“Now I’m not afraid of anything,” she said.

“I feel like I’m doing this for me.

And that’s really nice, and that’s my choice.

I’m really not afraid.””

Gossip Girls” alum Jennifer Lopez has also weighed in on her transition, saying in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly that being a teen mom in her first year of dating had been “terrible.””

I really did not want to be a teenager mother,” she told the magazine.

“It’s not easy.

It’s scary, and it’s frustrating.”
