The Travel Agency of America has decided to close the Austin location of its Austin-based travel agency in a drought-affected area in the southern United States, according to a statement posted on its website.

The Travel Agency announced Monday that it will close the office, located in the town of Beaumont, to reduce its footprint in a dry region in the southeastern United States.

In its statement, Travel Agency said it will be moving the company’s operations to other locations in the future.

The company said it is working with state, county and local governments to help mitigate the impact of the drought on residents in Beaumons affected areas.

Travel Agency’s current locations include Beaumonte, Garland, Garland and San Angelo.

In August, the company announced it would close its headquarters in Austin and move to the towns of Austin and Garland.
